The Balearic School of Hospitality (EHIB) is undergoing the complete renovation of its central kitchen in the Archiduque Lluís Salvador building in Palma. The project aims to update facilities that have been running since 1994, improve energy efficiency and strengthen practical training at a centre that serves some 250 people a day.
